The group reservation department is for anyone making reservations for a military group or having special requirements for:

-- 18 or more people
-- reservations of 3 or more units
-- rental of meeting space
-- or any special function needs .

 

RESERVATIONS
Reservation for groups differ from normal reservations in several ways. Group reservations require a single point-of-contact and prepayment of rooms two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation or changes must be accomplished at this time. Due to this, check-in and check-out procedures are usually expedited.

Below is the inside of a Yurt. We have used this, in addition to meeting space, for team building events as well as a classroom for survival skills)

Our conference room can seat about 23 - 40 people depending on seating style. We have an Infocus projection system connected to a computer with Powerpoint and internet access. We also have a white board, slide projector, TV, DVD, VCR, and multimedia accessories

Our patio (adjacent to our conference room) has tables and seating for about 40. It also has a gas grill.

The gazebo has a large charcoal grill and 4 picnic tables. It is located between the volley ball court and the fire pit.
