Group Reservations are for military organizations that require more than three lodging units.  Group reservations require a single point-of-contact and prepayment of rooms is required two weeks prior to arrival, which is also the last date for modifying the reservation.  Any cancellations made within the two weeks prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. Payment must be made by one transaction (i.e.) an individual credit card or by a unit or personal check.

Below is the inside of a Yurt. We have used this, in addition to meeting space, for team building events as well as a classroom for survival skills)

Our conference room can be rented on a daily basis.  It will seat between 23 and 40 people depending on seating style.  We have an Infocus projection system connected to a computer with Powerpoint and Internet access.  If you desire to have food or drinks in the conference room a cleaning deposit is required.

The patio (adjacent to our conference room) has tables and seating for about 40.  It also has a gas grill.  The gazebo has a large charcoal grill and 4 picnic tables.  It is located adjacent to the volleyball court and horseshoe pit.
